TERMS & CONDITIONS

Acceptance of Terms - When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms described below. If you do not agree to the terms discussed here, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order. These terms of use are a legal agreement between us and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your use of our website and the services we offer including the sale of products to consumers. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement and our Privacy Policy. This agreement includes those terms and conditions expressly set out below and those incorporated by reference. We strongly recommend that you also access and read any other information contained on other pages or websites referred to in this agreement, as they may contain further terms and conditions that apply to you.

 

DEALER

Order Confirmation

Purchase Order being confirm during checkout stage are strictly cannot be cancel.

 

Dealer cannot change item or quantity of item once item(s) being confirm. If you wish to add item or increase the quantity of the item, you are required to place a new purchase order.

 

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel the order you will to pay 30% of the item cost price you order.

 

All delivery charges for the sending and returning product for cancellation purposes from dealer will be borne by dealer.

 

Out Of Stock Items

The product was out of stock when your order was confirmed.

 

In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives. However, in some situation we might ship the products that are available first.

 

 

BUYER

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order.

Item(s) being paid are non-refundable, can only do replacement with same item or other product with same or higher value and buyer shall pay the difference.

 

Order Cancellation :
1. Customer cannot cancel the order after item(s) being paid.
2. We DO NOT accept cancellation due to change of mind or wrongly ordered.
3. Item(s) being paid are non-refundable, can only do the replacement with the same item or other product with same or higher value and buyer shall pay the difference.
 
Refund Policy :

1. Strictly non-refundable, can only do the replacement with the same item or other product with the same or higher value. If the same product runs out, other product with the same or higher value will be replaced and buyer shall pay the difference.

 
2. We will NOT issue the refund if the goods received by the customer are not satisfied after the goods have been used.
 
3. We will NOT issue the refund if the parcel is being returned to us due to the parcel was unclaimed; the parcel is refused by the addressee.
 
4. If you've made an error in the shipping information on your order, and such an error causes an order to be rejected, returned, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
 
5. We will NOT refund your payment even if you return the product to us.

 

Change Existing Order

If you want to change delivery address / phone number for your existing order and/or recipient for your existing order, please contact us immediately before order processed. However, please bear in mind once an order has been processed, no changes can be made.

Customer cannot change item or quantity of item once item(s) being paid.

 

Shipping And Handling

We will delivery your order within 1- 3 days upon receiving cleared payment.

 

Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned because of an incorrect address.

 

We will not be responsible or liable for damaged packages or those shipped back to us in the event that the courier service fail after several attempts to deliver your package(s) due to your absence to collect the package(s) from the given destination address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a package that is returned.

 

Estimated Delivery Time of Goods

Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 3 business days for West Malaysia and 5 business days for East Malaysia from the day you place your order and make payment.

 

International Shipping

It is your responsibility to make sure that your order contains acceptable and approved items for import into the country of destination/delivery.


The transit time is different based on the country destination, usually approximately 7 - 19 business days. Transit time quoted to delays due to customs inspection and /or force majeure event as well as changes without prior notice.  


We will not be responsible or liable if the package is shipped back to us, damage or confiscated due to problems with custom clearance. Therefore, please check with your country’s custom for their specific custom laws.

 

Out Of Stock Items

All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.

 

In this case we will ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.

 

Return & Exchange

Customer can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days of receipt if they are incorrect or defective:

 

Incorrect: The item is not the item that you ordered. Model, size, or color is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.

 

Defective: The product does not function as described by the manufacturer’s specifications.

 

We will NOT accept for any damaged during shipment to and from or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom.

 

 

All items must meet the following conditions in order to be eligible for return:

·         The returned item must be shipped and stamped within 7 calendar days of receipt.

·         Item must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards,   certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be returned in good condition, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

 

Fresh Leader (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject a return of exchange if customer:

·         Return the item after 7 calendar days of receipt.

·         Change their mind about the product.

·         Not satisfied with the quality after the goods have been used.

·         Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way.

·         Damage the product by making alterations.

·         Damage the product where the damage is cause by any factors beyond our control.

·         Are unable to provide a proof of purchase, namely a tax invoice.

 

All defective products MUST BE reported and returned within 7 calendar days of receipt, Fresh Leader offer ONE-to-ONE Replacement.

 

Customer need to report the details of the defect and return the product for our inspection.  The delivery charges for returning defective product(s) for replacement purposes from customer will be borne by customer.

 

After your returned item inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), if the item is wrong or defective, we will process for an exchange and delivery a replacement to you at our expense.

 

If the returned item(s) is not faulty / defective, customer would need to bear for the return shipping cost.

 

 

To exchange due to wrong item, color or size selected by customer prior to delivery, please contact and advise us on your request within 2 days from the date of receipt. The exchange is subject to Management approval and delivery charges for the returned item and second re-delivery will be borne by customer.

 

 

WARRANTY TERMS

ALL the products sold in Fresh Leader store are 100% genuine with local warranty from our brand partners.

 

Warranty Claim

We ONLY accept warranty claim for defects due to manufacturer. We will not accept for any damaged during shipment to and from or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom.

 

Brand(s) covered warranty and the warranty period:

A4Tech – 12 months warranty

Bloody – 12 months warranty

Pofoko – 24 months warranty for the zipper only

PowerSync – 12 months warranty

Powerbank – 12 months warranty for battery only

**The warranty period will be countdown starts from the date you received the item

 

Warranty Policy

All defective products MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period, Fresh Leader offer ONE-to-ONE Replacement.

 

Customer need to report the details of the defect and return the product for our inspection.  The delivery charges for returning defective product(s) for warranty purposes from customer will be borne by customer.

 

After your returned item inspected by us (usually within 72 hours of receipt), if the item is faulty or defective, we will process for an exchange and delivery a replacement to you at our expense.

 

If the returned item(s) is not faulty/ defective, customer would need to bear for the return shipping cost.

 

For international sales order, the customer needs to bear the return courier charges and any other cost incurred.

 

 

Rejection of Warranty Claims

Fresh Leader (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reject a return of warranty claim if customer:

·         Change their mind about the product.

·         Caused the fault by using the product in an abnormal way.

·         Damage the product by making alterations.

·         Damage the product where the damage is cause by any factors beyond our control.

·         Are unable to provide a proof of purchase, namely a tax invoice.

We do not accept and replace item(s) with an expired warranty.

 

Return Procedures:

For warranty claim, please report by emailing us at enquiry@freshleader.com. You have to include the following details in the email:

·         Tax Invoice:

·         Contact No:

·         Details: (tell us what the defect)

·         Proof of defective product:

 

Once we received your email, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions.

Please ship back the product(s) to us in the original box and / or packaging with any accessories.

Please be reminded that before you ship anything to us, please email in order us to provide you with complete return instructions.
